Deleting your Facebook Page data

When you connect a Facebook Page to skychat’s Facebook Automation feature, we store that Page’s access token (encrypted) and the automation activity needed to reply to comments and Messenger messages on your behalf. You can have this data deleted at any time in one of the following ways:

• Disconnect the Page in your dashboard — go to Facebook Automation → Your Facebook Pages and click Disconnect. This removes the stored Page token and its automations.
• Remove the app from Facebook — in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select our app and remove it. Facebook then notifies us and we delete the associated data.
• Request deletion by email — contact us via our Contact page and we will delete your connected Facebook data.

What gets deleted

We remove the connected Page record, its stored access token, all automations you created for it, and the related comment, message and contact logs. Deletion is permanent. Aggregate, non-identifying counts may remain for accounting and abuse-prevention.
